Job Overview : Head of Finance for Hyderabad & Ennore Plants
Key Stakeholders: Internal
Site HoDs, Predominately Non-Finance
Key Stakeholders: External

Customers, Auditors


Reporting Structure : Direct - Site Head & Matrix - Regional Finance Heads


Experience :15 to 20 Yrs. post qualification experience in Large Manufacturing Set Up. Preferably Pharma.


Competencies :
Chartered accountant (First / Second attempt)
15 to 20 Yrs post qualification experience
Prior Business Finance experience at large manufacturing set up (preferably from Pharma) with hands on experience in driving profitability
Experience of working with Senior stakeholder
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Experience of managing team
Excellent communication skills
