Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to blueprints, timelines, and safety standards.
- Dual Expertise: Manage end-to-end execution for both Civil structures and Interior fit-outs.
- Quantity Surveying: Perform accurate QS works, including material take-offs, site measurements, and progress reporting.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed estimates and maintain site logs. Experience in PWD estimate preparation is highly preferred.
- Quality Control: Ensure all workmanship meets SVA Constructions quality benchmarks and client specifications.
Candidate Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and interior finishing processes.
- Location: Must be currently located in Tamil Nadu.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites across the state.
- Communication: Fluency in Tamil and English is essential for coordinating with local labor and management.
