JOB Description

Main Responsibilities:

To Ensure New Product Design and Development including Tools, checking Fixtures, Validation, Testing fixtures, grippers etc.
To ensure Product Convergence in terms of CTQ (Geometry, Aspects, Function) and PRU Convergence (Cycle Time, Rejection, Weight etc.)
Complete Project Management with CFT as per PO Optimap Process
Manage the Budget hours and CNQ as per Project Scope.
Manage Product Fine Tuning and Product Validation.
Build Customer Relationship being Key customer contact.
To manage and perform Risk Analysis, DFMEA, Design Reviews & Lessons Learned.
Managing Engineering reviews and EPM dashboard to Manager.
