Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role located in Hyderabad. The Site Engineer will oversee construction and engineering projects, ensuring quality control, structural integrity, and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, managing resources, coordinating with civil engineers and project teams, and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site work and the ability to manage on-ground activities effectively
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control processes and techniques
• Knowledge or expertise in structural engineering and principles of construction
• Background as a civil engineer or in a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience with safety procedures and compliance requirements is a plus
