Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site operations, including supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and addressing any on-site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fresher or experienced civil engineer.
• Experience in on-site management and an ability to oversee and execute construction processes effectively
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Expertise in quality control to ensure all work meets engineering and safety standards
• Proficiency in structural engineering principles and techniques
• Educational background or professional experience in civil engineering
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety requirements is highly beneficial
