Role Description

As a site engineer you are responsible for inspecting properties, taking accurate measurements, assessing construction quality and condition, and collecting technical data required for valuation. The role includes verifying building details against approved plans, identifying defects, preparing site inspection reports, and supporting value with engineering inputs to ensure accurate and compliant property valuation reports.

Qualifications and skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 01 years of experience in property valuation, site inspection, or real estate services
• Knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word
• Mobile inspection and reporting tools (if applicable)
• Basic knowledge of site execution and civil work
