Job Overview Site Engineer (Civil)
We are looking for a dedicated
Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and monitor civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project timelines, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires the engineer to be physically present at the project site throughout the execution phase and stay on-site for approximately
4560 days until the completion of the assigned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality norms.
- Prepare daily progress reports and highlight project risks or delays.
- Verify measurements, work completion status, and contractor bills.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the defined budget and schedule.
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in site execution, construction supervision, and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of civil construction practices, drawings, and quality standards.
- Willingness to stay and work at the project site for 4560 days continuously during project execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
