Site Support Engineer (MEP Services)- Delhi & Hyderabad

Job Title: Site Support Engineer

We are inviting a dedicated and competent Site Support Engineer to our team. This role will be stationed in various project sites across India, focusing primarily on executing and supervising slope stability solutions on hill and valley side slopes.

Functional Area: Site Engineering/Project Management

Role: Site Support Engineer (Primarily for data center project)

Location: Hyderabad. Need to travel complete South India based on requirement.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP projects

Job Specification (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Key Qualifications:

• Need to understand basic of MEP services and their routing and installation.

• Experienced in managing and supervising on-site project execution

• Capable of handling workforce management, including training and development of the site team

• Familiarity with safety standards and quality assurance in construction projects

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of MEP Supports in Data center projects based on detailed cross-sections and layout drawings

• Conduct and oversee the training of contractor's staff and labor at project sites to ensure compliance with operational standards

• Coordinate with project managers and design engineers to clarify project details and ensure execution quality

• Implement project safety and quality controls

• Prepare and submit regular project reports to higher management, detailing progress, challenges, and resource needs

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage large scale MEP projects in Data center projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Effective communication skills, capable of managing site briefings and reporting

• Willingness to be stationed at various project sites across South India and adapt to challenging work environments
