The Site Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily site operations, maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of activities. The role also involves client communication, billing follow-ups, and handling basic operational responsibilities at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all official documents and records.
- Operate the robot during emergency situations when required.
- Communicate with clients for billing updates and ensure timely submission of bills.
- Coordinate regularly with the reporting manager and provide updates on site activities.
- Work closely with operators, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate with service teams for repairs and technical support when required.
- Support overall site activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Travel to project sites as per business requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
- Any Degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or related roles.
- Hindi is mandatory (spoken proficiency required).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability.
- Team handling capability with a good team spirit.
- Hardworking, efficient, and adaptable to field environments.
