Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for a Site Engineer / Technical Head. The selected candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with quality control standards, and manage structural engineering tasks. They will coordinate and communicate with team members, supervise civil engineering efforts, and ensure timely execution of projects within defined specifications and budget.

Qualifications

• Proficient in on-site supervision and management to oversee project progress and resolve challenges effectively
• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Structural Engineering to maintain technical accuracy and project standards
• Civil Engineering knowledge and experience with a focus on government and private infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination among teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project execution is a strong advantage
