We are looking 5-10 years of experienced Site/Finishing Engineer to manage and ensure quality execution of all finishing and interior works at site, including plastering, flooring, painting, tiling, waterproofing, false ceiling, and architectural finishes. The role involves site supervision, coordination, quality checks, material planning, and timely project completion as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day finishing and interior works at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, waterproofing, and false ceiling works
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and track finishing work schedules
- Ensure material availability and proper utilization at site
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve defects/snags
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and billing support
- Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping
- Support final handover and client inspections
Required Skills
- Knowledge of finishing materials and execution techniques
- Experience in plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, and waterproofing works

Preferred Qualification
