Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure effective communication and execution of plans.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and management.
• Manage and supervise site staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in construction or site engineering roles.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
