Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure quality control standards, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural engineering tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with established safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth project workflow.

Qualifications

• Expertise in On-Site supervision, site inspections, and project implementation
• Strong Communication skills for coordination and team collaboration
• Experience in Quality Control practices to maintain construction standards
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of construction safety standards is an advantage
