Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Site Engineer, located on-site in Yercaud. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, implementing structural plans, and ensuring all tasks align with safety and quality standards. This role involves regular coordination with team members, overseeing project timelines, and conducting inspections to maintain project integrity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site management and knowledge of construction processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting
- Expertise in quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Educational background in Civil Engineering with capabilities in structural engineering
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in site engineering or construction projects is advantageous
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols is a plus
