Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to specifications and schedules. Responsibilities include quality control, ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards, liaising with teams and contractors, and providing effective communication to manage on-ground operations efficiently. Collaboration with civil engineers and other professionals is essential to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Structural Engineering practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and civil engineers
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus
