This is a full-time on-site role located in Worli for a Site Engineer at NeetDeep Group. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, including supervising work progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, conducting quality control assessments, managing timelines, and resolving technical issues to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. The role will involve close collaboration with civil and structural engineers and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in managing on-site construction activities and project implementation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Technical expertise in structural engineering and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Ability to manage project timelines and solve technical issues on the ground.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Relevant experience in construction site management is preferred.
