Role Description

The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring construction projects are executed as per the approved plans and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Madurai and involves collaborating with civil engineers, monitoring progress, and ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications. The Site Engineer will serve as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication and resolving any on-site issues that arise.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience
• Expertise in overseeing on-site construction activities, with the ability to monitor progress and resolve challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and working collaboratively with Civil Engineers to implement design plans.
• Strong quality control skills to ensure that materials, workmanship, and safety protocols meet industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic project environment.
