Debugging & Programming Skills: Should possess effective debugging capabilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with basic programming commands, particularly in MS-DOS environments, is required for system configuration and troubleshooting.
Project Execution: Must be capable of independently managing the entire lifecycle of a projectfrom planning and installation to commissioningat various customer sites. This includes setting up equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and conducting successful trial runs to meet customer expectations.
Customer Communication: Should be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers. This includes explaining technical concepts in an understandable manner, addressing concerns, and providing on-site support and training when necessary.
Adaptability & Travel: Must be willing and able to travel and adapt to diverse site conditions across India. Flexibility in working environments and readiness to handle on-site challenges is crucial.
