Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Manage materials, equipment, and workforce requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, documentation, and work records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in site supervision and construction project execution.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic site environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
