Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, and software used within the Installation department.
Ensure complete collection of drawing details and manage Kick-off, Recheck, and Installation processes as per standard timelines and quality benchmarks.
Oversee the unloading and careful inspection of furniture components at the site.
Motivate, guide, and evaluate the performance of the installation team and departmental staff.
Conduct technical training sessions to enhance team skills and service efficiency.
Monitor technicians daily productivity and revenue reports for accountability and performance.
Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory of all tools and equipment used by the field team.
Implement and maintain safety standards, ensuring the well-being and safety of all field service technicians.
