Weareseekingaproactiveanddetail-orientedSiteEngineer-InteriorFit-OutWorkstomanageandexecutehigh-endinteriorprojects,primarilycorporateofficespaces.Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongfoundationininteriordesignprinciples,hands-onexperienceinsiteexecution,andproficiencyinCADtools.Thisroledemandsexcellenttechnicalknowledge,coordinationabilities,andacommitmenttodeliveringqualityworkontimeandwithinbudget.
KeyResponsibilities
.Overseeexecutionandensuretimelydeliveryofinteriorfit-outprojectsacrossassignedsites.
.Manageday-to-daysiteoperationsensuring quality, safety,and adherencetoprojectplans and specifications.
.Coordinatewithvendors,contractors,consultants,andstakeholdersforseamlessexecutionandissueresolution.
.Ensureallworkalignswithdesignintent,architecturaldrawings,andtechnicalspecifications.
.Supportdesignteaminpreparing,reviewing,andmodifyinginteriorlayoutsandshopdrawingsusingAutoCAD.
.Preparedetailedexecutionplans,schedules,andmonitorprogressagainstprojectmilestones.
.Identifyand implement value engineeringandcostoptimizationopportunities.
.Conductregularsiteinspectionstoensureworkmanship,materialusage,andsafetycompliance meetrequiredstandards.
.Maintainclearandregularcommunicationbetweendesign,execution,andmanagement teams.
.Assistinpreparingdaily/weeklyprogressreportsandpresentingupdatestotheManagement
Required Qualifications
.Bachelor'sdegree incivilengineering,Architecture,orrelated field.
PreferredSkills&Experience
.3 to 4yearsofexperienceinhigh-endcorporate interior fit-out execution.
.Soundunderstandingofinteriordesignconcepts,materials,finishes,andconstruction
methodologies.
.ProficiencyinAutoCADforpreparingand reviewing technicaldrawingsknowledgeof
design detailingpreferred.
.FamiliaritywithMEPsystems(HVAC,electrical,plumbing,firefighting)relevantto
interiorworks.
.Strongcommunication,coordination, andstakeholdermanagementskills.
.Abilitytoproblem-solveon-site andmakeinformed decisionsunder pressure.
.WorkingknowledgeofMSOfficeandprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,MSProject,
Primavera)isanadvantage.
.Abilitytomanage multipletasksinafast-paced,dynamic environment.
WorkEnvironment
.Role- Approx.80%on-site,20% office-based.
.Traveltoprojectsites based onproject locationandphase.
