Job Description Candidscape is hiring experienced Civil Site Engineers for immediate joining to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Karnataka.

The role involves complete site execution, coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of civil works while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites

Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules

Read, understand, and interpret structural and construction drawings accurately

Read, understand, and verify BOQs; carry out measurements as per site conditions

Carry out level checking, alignment checks, and basic surveying activities at site

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and material suppliers

Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption

Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards

Maintain site records including measurements, daily progress reports (DPRs), and checklists

Coordinate with the office team for drawings, clarifications, and approvals

Identify, report, and resolve execution issues impacting timelines, quality, or cost

Support inspections, client walkthroughs, handovers, and project completion activities

Maintain excellent quality standards and ensure high customer satisfaction Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction (mandatory)

Proven ability to read and understand structural drawings and BOQs

Hands-on experience in site measurements and level checking

Experience in residential, commercial, or interior civil works preferred

Ability to independently handle site execution and coordination

Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

Willing to travel and stay at project sites across Karnataka

Available for immediate joining Work Location & Travel

For site assignments outside Bengaluru, the company will provide: Food Accommodation Site-related transportation Salary, Incentives & Benefits Salary: 25,000 per month and above, based on experience and capability Project-based incentives subject to: 1.
