Site Engineer — Auryx Construction

Role Overview

Full-time, on-site. You'll be the day-to-day technical eyes and hands on a project site — translating drawings into execution, keeping quality and safety on track, and making sure work actually matches what was planned.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to keep work on schedule

- Conduct quality checks at each construction stage and flag issues before they become costly

- Track material usage and verify quantities against site requirements to prevent wastage or shortage

- Maintain site records — progress reports, daily logs, material consumption, and safety documentation

- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times

- Liaise with the architect and project manager on design clarifications and any on-site deviations

- Support quality and timeline coordination across the project from foundation through handover

What We're Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

- 1-5 years of hands-on site experience in residential, commercial, or government construction projects

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, quantity estimation, and quality standards

- Comfortable working on-site full-time, coordinating directly with contractors and labor

- Detail-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills under real site conditions
