ZECPL, a leader in Real Estate Development, seeks a highly skilled
Civil Engineer to serve as the primary site authority. This role is responsible for the direct management and execution of all construction activities for our multi-story residential and commercial projects, ensuring structural quality, strict compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site civil activities, including foundation work, structural framing, and infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) installation.
- Execution Expertise: Directly manage the application and quality of Aluminium Formwork systems and implement proper waterproofing techniques in critical areas (basements, terraces).
- Quality & Safety: Implement and manage strict Quality Control protocols, conducting regular inspections and material tests to ensure adherence to engineering standards. Ensure continuous compliance with all HSE and local building codes.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for all site technical issues, resolving challenges promptly and implementing approved engineering solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate records of material usage, site changes, and inspection results.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
Education & Experience (Meet ONE):
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable on-site experience in construction project execution.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of verifiable on-site experience in construction project execution.
Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in
Project execution and construction methodologies relevant to multi-story real estate projects. Must have specific, demonstrable knowledge of:
- Execution experience in Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN/PERI/similar systems).
- Waterproofing application and execution for critical areas.
- Software Proficiency: Practical experience in reading and interpreting plans using AutoCAD.
- Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
