About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedSite Civil Engineerto join our project team for a12-floor high-rise residential/commercial building (39+ meters)located inVasind. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing civil works for similar high-rise structures, strong technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Review drawings and technical specifications, ensuring proper execution as per design and codes.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Manage labor productivity, subcontractors, and material utilization at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to project management.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site constraints efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience- Education:B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience:Minimum5 yearsof experience inhigh-rise building construction (G+10 and above).
- Strong knowledge of execution, RCC work, finishing activities, and sequence of high-rise construction.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, material testing, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
Preferred Attributes- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site challenges independently and ensure timely completion.
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial towers above 35 meters will be a strong advantage.
