Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer with 34 years of residential construction experience (Villas & Bungalows) who can independently manage 45 project sites across Jaipur, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage & monitor daily site activities and project scheduling

Maintain Daily Labour Report, Material Report & Progress Reports

Ensure execution quality and standards compliance

Handle quantity estimation, cost monitoring & material management

Verify material quality & quantity and ensure timely procurement

Maintain coordination with clients, contractors & vendors

Conduct client meetings and provide project updates

Ensure site safety compliance

Report to Project Manager & Architect

Customise execution as per client requirements and execute all civil-related works on sites

Eligibility & Requirements

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

34 years experience in residential projects (Luxury Villas / Bungalows)

Ability to manage 45 sites simultaneously

Strong execution, leadership & multitasking skills

Knowledge of BOQ, drawings, quality control & safety standards

Excellent communication & coordination abilities
