Role Description

RAUNAQ - Boutique Homes is seeking a full-time Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This on-site role involves overseeing project execution, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include project planning, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing stormwater and other infrastructure systems. The Site Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with stakeholders, maintain budgets and timelines, and solve on-site engineering challenges effectively to deliver superior results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and strong foundation in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to manage on-site activities and deliver results with precision and quality focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proven experience in residential construction projects is preferred.
