Site Civil Engineer

We are in look for a Project Executive to be a part of our Retail Projects in BASICS Brand.

Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the Store Layout design on AUTO CAD;
2. In charge for existing store renovation ,space management and maintenance of stores in the assigned territory.
3. Responsible in selecting and appointing all vendors which includes, Electrical contractors, Civil contractors, A.C. consultants and contractors for new projects and old store renovations.
4. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams.
5. Maintain quality standards of material and quality of finishes and ensure execution as per design specifications.
6. Ensure clear and consistent communication.

Qualification: Preferably an Engineering Degree in Civil;

Experience:

2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.

Proven experience managing multi-site retail projects/stores.

Hands-on experience in AUTO CAD.
