About the Role:

We are seeking proactive, experienced Site Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience in residential interior fit-out and renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing construction labor, and ensuring timely project completion with high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding position and best suited for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to take on challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior fit-out work and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Coordinate with construction labor to ensure efficient work flow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets high standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained on-site.
