Position Summary

Eva Ad Ventures Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer who will be the lead structural expert for our large-format digital Out-of-Home (OOH) media installations in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The core responsibility is to guarantee the structural integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of all support frameworks. This role requires essential expertise in structural analysis, technical drawing (CAD), and hands-on site management, serving as the bridge between design, fabrication, and final site installation.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design, Compliance & Review

• Design & Drawing: Create, modify, and finalize detailed structural CAD drawings (2D/3D) for iron support frameworks and mounting brackets.
• Feasibility Study: Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate load-bearing capacity and integrity, ensuring designs account for critical factors like wind load and environmental stresses.
• Fabrication Oversight: Coordinate with fabricators to ensure the support structures are built precisely according to engineering drawings and material specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural designs strictly comply with local municipal building codes and engineering safety standards.

Site Execution & Project Management

• Installation Supervision: Oversee the precise on-site erection and assembly of the support structures and manage the mounting/alignment of the final digital Screen Panels.
• Manpower Management: Provide direct supervision and management for site labor, including electricians and general workers, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage site logistics, including communication with vendors and premises managers as required for seamless installation.
• Quality Control: Conduct frequent checks to ensure the structural assembly and material usage strictly adhere to the specifications defined in the engineering drawings.
• Project Handover: Perform final quality checks to ensure a safe, structurally sound, and successful live deployment of the media structure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years focused on structural design, analysis, and drawing creation (steel structures preferred).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in structural CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is essential.
• Professional Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to structural detail, and strong ability to communicate technical requirements to site staff.

Employment Details

• Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-Site/Field Work).
• Joining Timeline: Immediate (following successful completion of a 3-month probation period).
• Working Schedule: 10:00 AM onwards (Standard 6-day work week, subject to project demands).
