Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Nagpur. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee the installation of uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors as per approved drawings.

Ensure work is completed according to German quality standards and safety protocols.

2. Coordination

Coordinate with contractors, civil engineers, project managers, and internal factory/production teams.

Act as the link between the site and the company's technical/design department.

3. Measurements & Site Checks

Take precise site measurements.

Conduct pre- and post-installation checks.

4. Quality Control

Inspect frames, glass, hardware, and installation procedures for compliance with technical specifications.

Flag and resolve any defects or non-conformance issues.

5. Documentation

Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site diaries, and inspection records.

Prepare installation checklists and customer sign-off reports.

6. Client Interaction

Attend site meetings with clients/consultants and provide technical inputs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and proficiency in Civil Engineering practices
• Experience in planning and managing construction projects
• Educational Background: ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers & 25 years in uPVC/Aluminium window industry or faade industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of fenestration systems, window installation, and faade fixing systems.
• Tools/Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams
