Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Reports to: Project Manager/Construction Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You'll work closely with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Oversight: Oversee construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.

2. Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of construction work, identifying and resolving defects or issues.

3. Project Scheduling: Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues.

5. Site Safety: Ensure site safety protocols are followed, and identify potential hazards.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: 3-6years of experience in civil construction, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and relevant codes and standards.
