Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee project planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include site supervision, analyzing and implementing stormwater management systems, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. The engineer will also conduct regular inspections, provide reports on project progress, and address technical challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• 1+ yr experience in handling residential projects and contractors
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems and their implementation in construction projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction-related software and tools is a plus.
