Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for project planning, overseeing site operations, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. Tasks will include supervising construction activities, managing resources, conducting inspections for compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and providing solutions to technical challenges on-site. The engineer will also coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project execution within the timeline and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in the principles and techniques of Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Stormwater Management and other essential infrastructure planning for construction projects.
• Proven ability in Project Planning and execution within stipulated timelines and budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance protocols in construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification or licensure as a Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in construction project management in an urban setting is a plus
