Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SIS (Shop-in-Shop) Beauty Advisor role based in New Delhi. The Beauty Advisor will greet customers, understand their preferences and concerns, and recommend suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories. Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, providing personalized beauty and self-care advice, and ensuring an engaging, premium in-store experience. The role involves meeting retail sales targets, managing product displays and merchandising, and maintaining stock levels and cleanliness at the SIS counter. The Beauty Advisor will also handle billing support, respond to customer queries and feedback, and share insights with the store and brand teams to improve service and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver a personalized, luxury experience.
- Retail sales experience with an aptitude for achieving targets and promoting products in a shop-in-shop or similar retail environment.
- Foundational knowledge of skincare and cosmetology, with the ability to understand different skin types, concerns, and basic beauty routines.
- Ability to develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across Kimirica's skincare, bath and body, fragrance, and wellness ranges.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished in-store presence.
- Comfort working on-site in a retail setting, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours as required.
- Prior experience as a beauty advisor, skincare consultant, or in a premium retail environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or related fields is a plus.
