Role Description The SIS Luxury Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves welcoming and engaging customers at the shop-in-shop location, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories. The Beauty Advisor will demonstrate product usage, explain key ingredients and benefits, and educate customers on suitable routines and self-care rituals. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing product displays and merchandising standards, ensuring adequate stock levels, and maintaining a clean, organized counter. The role also includes handling customer queries and concerns, processing sales transactions, collecting feedback, and supporting in-store promotions and events to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer interaction and service orientation, with proven Customer Service and Retail Sales skills.
- Solid Product Knowledge in luxury beauty and wellness, with the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Background or certification in Cosmetology and practical understanding of Skin Care and skin types.
- Effective communication skills, professional grooming, and a confident, approachable demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods in an on-site setting.
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort working toward individual and store sales targets.
