Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and drive the development of scalable prototyping environments, verification frameworks, and reusable infrastructure to enable seamless pre- to post-silicon transitions across multiple programs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Architecture, Design, Verification, Firmware, and Partner teams to influence silicon design decisions and ensure robust enablement strategies.
  • Own and guide silicon bring-up activities, including developing verification firmware, debug tools, and validation methodologies for complex SoCs and microprocessor subsystems.
  • Mentor and grow junior engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation in validation methodologies, debug techniques, and automation practices.
  • Drive innovation in validation tools, methodologies, and coverage strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across silicon programs.
  • Represent the team in technical forums, program reviews, and executive updates, providing insights and recommendations based on validation outcomes and debug learnings.
