Position: SIL Engineer
Experience: 3-5 Years

Mandate Skills: Embedded C, vECU, Virtualization, Autosar. only developers, no testing
Required Skills:
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate virtual ECUs for SIL environments based on AUTOSAR architecture.
- Build interfaces between SIL environments, plant models, communication buses, and test automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute simulation strategies.
- Analyse and debug SIL infrastructure issues and optimize simulation performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters engineering degree in Electronics/Power Electronics.
- 3-6 years of overall experience in automotive embedded software development.
- Design and Development experience in hybrid or electric drive propulsion systems is a plus.
- Experience with globally distributed teams.
- Strong foundation in Embedded C programming and embedded systems.
- Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and ECU software components.
- Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., Synopsys Silver) and plant model simulation (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Experience with communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and CoM stack simulation.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/Bitbucket) and build systems (Make/CMake).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to scripting and automation tools (Python).
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR configuration artifacts (ARXML, A2L, NVM).
- Understanding of FMI/FMU-based simulation and test automation frameworks.
- Good analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving.
