Siebel UCM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM technology.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and customize Siebel Business Objects, Business Components, Workflows, and Scripts to meet business needs.
• Develop and manage integrations using Siebel EAI and EIM.
• Prepare technical design documents and specifications.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Maintain and enhance existing Siebel applications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance processes.
