Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Siebel Integration Technical Consultant (EAI) with strong experience in designing and implementing integrations within telecom environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Siebel EAI architecture, web services, and integration patterns, along with a solid understanding of telecom OSS/BSS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Siebel EAI integrations using SOAP/REST, JMS, and Web Services.
- Configure and manage Integration Objects, Workflows, Business Services, and Data Maps.
- Implement integrations between Siebel CRM and telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Work on integration with external systems ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration performance.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and quality guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Siebel EAI architecture and components.
- Hands-on expertise in SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, and Web Services.
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, and WSDL.
- Experience in integration design patterns and middleware concepts.
- Solid understanding of telecom domain (CRM, Order Management, Billing).
- Hands-on experience with Siebel scripting (eScript/VB) and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RODOD/DBE implementations.
- Exposure to Siebel Order Management.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise telecom projects.
