Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer with strong hands-on experience in Siebel application development and integration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Siebel architecture, configuration, scripting, workflows, and robust integration experience with external systems using modern and legacy protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Siebel configurations, scripting, workflows, and business services.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions between Siebel and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, MQ, API Gateway, and middleware tools.
- Work on EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) components, Data Maps, Data Transformations, and Siebel Integration Objects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Support upgrade and migration activities, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of total Siebel experience with strong integration and EAI expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Siebel Tools, Siebel Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, Scripting (eScript/Browser Script).
- Strong experience with Siebel EAI components, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Integration Objects.
- Experience working with middleware technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, Tibco, IBM MQ, or MuleSoft is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Siebel Data Model and Server Architecture.
- Experience in Siebel Open UI and upgrade/migration projects is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Siebel on Cloud (OCI/AWS) or Siebel IP 2021/2023 versions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL tuning.
