Key skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in Siebel business analysis and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel CRM.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements and creating technical specifications.
- Experience with SQL for query optimization.
- Knowledge of Siebel configuration and e-scripting is often required for related developer roles, so having an understanding is beneficial for the analyst as well.
- Experience with Siebel EAI and Siebel Open UI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
