Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist located in Vanagaram,Chennai. The Showroom Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and guide them in selecting the ideal surfaces for their projects. Responsibilities include managing showroom displays, providing excellent customer service, presenting product options, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The role may also require collaboration with interior designers and project stakeholders to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom operations and showroom management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in customer service and client relationship management
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge or experience in interior design is a plus
• Ability to understand and recommend suitable surfaces for aesthetic and practical needs
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Salary:25,000 per month (inclusive of PF & ESI)
• Lunch will be provided
