Role Description

The Showroom Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily showroom operations, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate events and promotions, maintain product displays, and provide training and guidance to the team. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of service excellence will be key responsibilities. The role also includes reporting sales metrics and contributing to strategies that enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a retail environment.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Experience managing operations within a showroom setting, including team leadership and product displays.
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Basic analytical and reporting capabilities for monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience in bicycle retail or familiarity with cycling-related products is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
