KeyResponsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Assist customers in locating products, answering their questions, and providing detailed product information.
Listen attentively to customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the showroom, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Stay up-to-date with product updates and any special promotions or discounts.
Educate customers about product specifications and advantages to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Sales and Upselling:

Actively engage in sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase sales.
Handle negotiations, discounts, and promotions as needed to close sales.
Visual Merchandising:

Assist in maintaining the showroom's visual appearance by ensuring products are neatly arranged and well-presented.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays that attract customer attention.
Inventory Management:

Monitor product stock levels and inform the inventory team of any shortages or overstock situations.
Assist in regular stocktaking and inventory reconciliation processes.
Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback and convey it to the management team to improve products or services.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Payment Processing:

Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
Sales Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and relevant paperwork.
Generate invoices, receipts, and sales reports as needed. in premium products like watch, jewelry.
