Job Description

We are seeking a Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium home furnishing showroom. You will be responsible for driving sales, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom management, strong customer handling and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the showroom team to ensure efficient performance and excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction, focusing on building relationships.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom's appeal.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

Skills Required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a showroom management role, preferably in premium retail or home furnishing.
  • Strong customer handling skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to lead a team, multitask, and handle responsibilities efficiently.
