Key Responsibilities
- Sales Customer Service
- Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Drive high-value sales through effective client relationship management.
- Ensure personalized, professional, and courteous service to every customer.
- Handle VIP and repeat clients; resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure proper product presentation and upselling/cross-selling of items.
- Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, housekeeping).
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Allocate sales targets and monitor achievement.
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and product knowledge across the team.
- Operations Inventory
- Oversee stock management: receipt, display, tagging, and transfer of jewellery items.
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation and periodic audits.
- Coordinate with the back office and accounts team for billing, cash handling, and reporting.
- Maintain records of sales, customer details, and daily reports.
- Visual Merchandising Store Maintenance
- Ensure showroom ambience, lighting, and display meet brand standards.
- Coordinate with the VM team for new collections and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Marketing Business Development
- Support local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
