Short-Term Rental Distribution Manager

We are looking for aShort-Term Rental Distribution Managerto lead the performance of our property listings acrossAirbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, Agoda, and other OTA channels.

You will ensure our listings arehighly visible, accurate, compliant, and optimized for conversions.

Ideal for someone with experience inAirbnb operations, OTA distribution, channel management, or vacation rental platforms.

Channel & OTA Management

Manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda and more

Optimize titles, descriptions, amenities, policies, and photos

Monitor dashboards, address sync issues, and improve listing quality

Manage PMS/Channel Manager platforms (Guesty, Hostaway, Rentals United, SiteMinder, Beds24)

Content, Quality & Compliance

Maintain consistent, brand-aligned content across channels

Work with photography, operations, and design teams to upgrade visual assets

Ensure compliance with local regulations and platform rules

Review guest feedback to correct content inaccuracies

Performance & Insights

Track listing visibility, CTR, saves, booking pace, cancellations

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports

Compare listings against competitors and recommend improvements

Share OTA updates, trends, and insights with internal teams

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with onboarding teams to launch new properties smoothly

Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams

Partner with OTA account managers on visibility programs and new features

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

12 years of experience in OTA distribution, short-term rentals, hospitality operations, or marketplace management

Experience with PMS/Channel Managers (Guesty, Hostaway, Rentals United, SiteMinder, Beds24)

Skills

Strong understanding of OTA algorithms, ranking factors, and quality scores

Excellent copywriting for listing optimization

Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Ability to troubleshoot mapping and sync issues
