We are looking for a creative and disciplined Short-Form YouTube Video Editor who can transform Acharyaji's teachings into powerful, high-retention Shorts and Reels.

The role demands speed, creativity, strong storyboarding, clarity of thought, and attention to detail. Your edits will directly influence viewer engagement and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-retention Shorts and Reels from source content

Identify compelling hooks and structure engaging story flow

Add dynamic captions, text styling, and visual enhancements

Ensure proper audio balance and basic color correction

Collaborate with content and editorial teams for alignment and accuracy

Required Skills

* AI-based editing tools and AI generation experience is a plus

Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or professional editing software

Prior experience in short-form video editing (YouTube Shorts / Reels)

Strong understanding of thumbnail designing

Good sense of timing, storytelling, and viewer psychology
