Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Shopify Store Manager to lead our e-commerce operations and drive measurable growth. You will be the primary owner of our Shopify store, responsible for managing all aspects of our online business - from product management and store optimization to customer experience and data-driven decision-making. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with technical execution, making it perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce and growth.

What You'll Do:

Store Management & Development

Serve as the primary administrator for our Shopify store, ensuring it remains fully functional, secure, and consistently updated

Manage complete product lifecycle: adding new products, updating inventory, organizing collections, and optimizing pricing

Customize and implement Shopify themes and apps to enhance site functionality, user experience, and conversion rates

Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve bugs, broken links, and performance issues

Optimize store speed, navigation, and checkout processes for seamless user experience

Marketing & Sales Growth

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid social campaigns

Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and product launches to maximize revenue

Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Reports) to track performance and identify growth opportunities

Make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value

Manage integration and performance of marketing apps and tools to amplify store visibility

Operations & Analytics

Oversee order processing and fulfillment workflows to ensure smooth operations

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations

Generate regular performance reports on key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, customer LTV)

Monitor and manage store budget allocations for apps, themes, and development initiatives

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to keep the store ahead of the curve

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

Deep, practical knowledge of the Shopify platform, including admin functionality and app ecosystem

Strong proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices

Experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, email marketing, and paid social advertising

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with Liquid (Shopify's templating language) or basic coding/customization

Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related field

Certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or Shopify platforms
